Methodological Competence
  • Die Studierenden zeichnen Detailpläne in verschiedenen Maßstäben der analysierten Gebäude und führen ein Konstruktionstagebuch, in dem sie die verschiedene Quellen und Konstruktionen analysieren, beschreiben und kommentieren sowie mit Freihandskizzen. Sie bauen Modelle des strukturellen Aufbaus.
  • In Präsentationen argumentieren und verteidigen sie ihre analytischen konstruktiven Feststellungen.
Professional Competence
  • Die Studierenden können ein bestehendes einfaches Gebäude konstruktiv analysieren. Sie kennen die angewandten Baumaterialien und wissen um Eigenschaften und Einsatzbereiche. Daraus abgeleitete Bauweisen und Standardkonstruktionen sind den Studierenden bekannt und können in einem Analyseverfahren zugeordnet und beschrieben werden

  • erfassen und setzen Aufgabenstellungen selbstständig um.
Social Competence
  • nehmen Argumente von Mitstudierenden wahr und auf.
Methodological Competence
  • reflektieren Forschungsmethoden im Kontext der Projektstudios.
  • wählen Forschungsmethoden je nach Anwendung eigenständig und effizient aus.
  • erstellen Literaturrecherchen.
  • wenden Quellen- und Bildrechte bei der Darstellung von Forschungs- und Entwurfsarbeiten an.

MASTERSTUDENTS:
  • Execute complex defined and self-defined projects of research, development or investigation and identify and implement relevant outcomes.
  • Develop an architectural idea into a sustainable proposal, carefully taking into consideration the project's historical, theoretical, environmental (ecological), cultural, economic and social context.
  • Communicate and articulate ideas and information fluently in English language and work comprehensively in visual, oral and written forms.
  • Make formal presentations about specialist topics to informed and general/ community audiences.
  • Exercise autonomy and initiative in carrying out set project briefs and self-directed programmes of study.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage time and physical resources in relation to set project briefs and self-directed programmes of study as an individual and a group member.
  • Deal with complex ethical and professional issues.
  • Show confidence in analysing case studies and the ability to infer principles and motivations.
