Liechtenstein School of Architecture Workshop and Excursion in Zurich
Liechtenstein School of Architecture Workshop and Excursion in Zurich
On 18 June 2026, the team of the Liechtenstein School of Architecture spent a day together in Zurich for a workshop and architectural excursion. The event brought together around 30 colleagues from across the school and provided an opportunity to exchange ideas on current topics at the school, gain new perspectives and visit a selection of architectural projects away from the campus.
The day began with a workshop at the JAMES community space, where the team reflected on the past few months and looked ahead to the tasks and priorities of the coming period. The excursion then continued with visits to the MACH commercial building by Käferstein Meister & Ekinci Architekten, the Kraftwerk1 housing cooperative by Trachsler Hoffmann Architekten, and the ABZ housing cooperative by Enzmann Fischer Architekten.
To round off the day, Dean Michael Wagner invited the team to his home for an apéro riche. In a relaxed atmosphere, colleagues continued their conversations and reflected on the day's experiences before heading home.
